Customer
The Customer will be obliged to follow the terms of product sale and legal notes as well as terms of use of www.maillestore.com website which govern contractual relations with the customer (natural or legal person), in particular at the moment of product purchase by the customer on the www.maillestore.com website.
The Customer of www.maillestore.com declares that he or she resides in France, has capacity to conclude this agreement in accordance with French law and, if relevant, is a legal representative of the person on behalf of whom the agreement is signed.
The Customer of www.maillestore.com declares that he or she has competence and measures necessary for subscription, access to and use of services offered on the website.
Product description

Product photos at www.maillestore.com are only exemplary.
The products are described in more detail on the subpages of www.maillestore.com.
Prices of all products are shown at www.maillestore.com. The total cost of a selected product, including tax and shipment, is described at www.maillestore.com and will be summarised when the order is confirmed by the customer.
Order validation
Having read descriptions of various offered products, their prices, terms of use, legal notes, terms of sale and supply, the customer chooses the product/products he or she wants to order and the method of shipment.
By placing an order, a customer confirms that he or she has read detailed terms of sale available on the website at www.maillestore.com, where the product is described (name, price, brand, weight, quantity, colour, size, technical and usable specifications, warranties, etc.) and expressly declares that he or she accepts them without reservations.
Packaged products such as tarpaulins or nets cannot be returned or exchanged. For tarpaulins, a 1% tolerance must be accepted for orders in excess of 3 m and a 3 cm tolerance for size in excess of 3 m.
When confirming the order, the customer will be able to:
- modify his or her choices,
- read general terms of use and general terms of sale again, print and save them,
- go to order confirmation by clicking the "Confirm your order” button.
L'Acceptance means total and unconditional consent of the customer to these terms of sale and to general terms of use and shipment available at www.maillestore.com
Unless evidence to the contrary has been presented, data supplied by the customer is evidence pursuant to the agreement and terms governing relationships between www.maillestore.com and the customer.
Upon order acceptance, the customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been placed.
In case of an unusually large order, www.maillestore.com reserves the right to cancel the order and contact the customer to inform him or her.
The www.maillestore.com store reserves the right to verify customer’s identity prior to product delivery.
The www.maillestore.com store reserves the right to refuse to execute an order if the customer is a party to a pending dispute regarding the payment for the entire order placed at www.maillestore.com or a part thereof
Validity of information
The customer of www.maillestore.com is obliged to provide true, exact and valid data when completing the registration form.
Otherwise, www.maillestore.com bears no responsibility in case of a total or partial failure to deliver products ordered by the customer.
Prices
Prices are given in euro and include due taxes.
All orders are invoiced and payable in euro. The price is paid entirely and in one instalment at the time of placing the order.
Applicable VAT rate is 20.00% for all products.
For orders placed by a company based in the European Union, in order to use tax exemption, the company is obliged to present evidence of having intracommunity VAT number which after entering in the obligatory field will be verified via our website directly in the account form.
Shipment costs will be added to the price.
The www.maillestore.com website reserves the right to change prices of its products at any time in accordance with the procedure described under ”Change of general terms of sale”. In all instances, products will be billed based on the price provided when accepting.
Payment and billing
Payments for ordered products are made:
- by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) ;
Online payments are secure but offer no additional insurance, especially protecting against theft of customer’s card.
The customer is responsible for verifying the payment form prior to acceptance.
Under no circumstances will the website www.maillestore.com bear liability for problems or delays caused by the course of payment procedures.
Amounts paid with the online payment service cannot be treated as deposits or advance payments.
Change of general terms of sale
The www.maillestore.com website reserves the right to amend and supplement these general terms of sale and the scope of services offered to customers of www.maillestore.com.
Changes will take effect upon posting at www.maillestore.com but it is assumed that the product price will each time be the same as the one shown when accepting.
Complaints
As the ownership right is transferred upon acceptance of delivery, the customer is obliged to check the shipment at collection, report any reservations and justified claims to the carrier, and include these in the delivery proof attached. If the delivered products do not conform with the type or quality specification given in the delivery document, reservations and complaints should be sent to the address of the www.maillestore.com store by registered letter upon confirmation of receipt within 48 hours of product collection, with the appropriate shipment attached. Complaints will not be accepted after the expiry of this time limit.
If the customer is absent at delivery, he or she must read the terms of each carrier to find out what procedure applies for the collection of the product.
Products purchased and exported abroad
Products available at www.maillestore.com are manufactured and distributed in accordance with applicable French law. The www.maillestore.com website will not be liable in case of non-compliance with the laws of another country to which the product is shipped.
Right to withdraw
In accordance with the Consumer Code, a customer who is a consumer may withdraw from an agreement concluded with www.maillestore.com within 14 days of the receipt of products without justifying reasons for his or her decision and without payment of any penalty.
For tangible products, the costs of return are borne by the customer.
Tangible products must be returned complete, in a condition fit for resale. By way of an exception, unless the parties agree otherwise, the right to withdraw from the agreement may not be exercised with respect to products whose price depends on fluctuations in exchange rates in financial markets, custom-made products, products with short use-by dates, audio or video recordings, and computer software started by the customer, newspapers, magazines and journals, and with respect to permitted bets or lotteries.
Independent contractual provisions
Should any provision of the agreement be found inapplicable or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply but the parties will be able to renegotiate them to preserve the original balance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The terms of sale at www.maillestore.com are governed by the laws of France and will be applied and construed in accordance with these laws. French is the language of this agreement. In case of translation into other languages, the French version will prevail.
